Since the new administration took office we have seen the SEC dismiss several extremely high profile cases including:

• Kraken
• Binance
• Uniswap

• Robinhood
• Gemini
• Consensys

And it also appears the Opensea and Crypto.com cases have also been paused. All of this has taken place just in 2025 alone!
