Humanity's first blind computer
So Nillion essentially promises to eventually provide a decentralize network that focuses on blind computation
and allows AI to process and secure big data without the risk of exposing sensitive information.
Applications include things like medical, finance, personalized AI assistant, and more.
They were able to secure around $65 million in funding and a Binance listing on launch!
So let's take a look at how something like was put together.

First of all, we have a stacked team.

There are also additional notable team members including Alex Page and Andrew Yeoh
both of who come from investment banking backgrounds.
Tokenomics and Vesting

There was also 2.5% allocated to liquidity. It appears tokenomics changed slightly over time as they moved
some funds from community and ecosystem to Binance launchpool and liquidity which makes sense.

Nillion raised capital over 3 main phases dating back to December 2022
Date | Round Type | Amount Raised | Lead Investor | Notable Participants |
---|---|---|---|---|

October 2024 | Series A | $25 million | Hack VC | Distributed Global, Hashkey, Arbitrum, Sei |
June 2024 | ICO (Public Sale) | $14 million | N/A (Public) | N/A (Open to public) |
Dec 2022
Their seed round, where they raised $20 million involved more than 150 investors, included AU21, Big Brain Holdings, Chapter One, GSR, HashKey, OP Crypto, and SALT Fund.
June 2024
They then went on to list on Coinlist and conducted a public presale where they sold around 15 million dollars worth of $NIL at a 0.40 price equating to a fully diluted $400,000 million pre-launch valuation.
Oct 2024
They conducted a series A, raising an additional $25 million in capital led bv Hack VC,
March 25
TGE and Binance Launchpool event took place on March 24,th 2025.
TGE AND PRICE

Since launch Nillion has declined in price and is currently below its presale listed price on Coinslist, which was $400m FDV.
This is likely more related to market conditions than anything else and overall it is appropriate to conclude that Nillion's fundraising, launch, TGE, and overall execution were extremely well executed.
This is a text book successful token launch in 2025 that should provide some correct insights on how to do things right.
Big takeaways:
1. Having an all star team will unlock all doors
2. Having VC connections, investment banking backgrounds and contacts is a HUGE plus!
3. Raised big on their seed round which set the tone for future rounds
4. Used Coinslist for their presale which is a tier 1 placement
5. After presale conducted a series A before TGE likely at a higher valuation then their public presale price
6. Full court press on social media, there is an old saying - You have to look good to be good
Really well done, I predict we see this coin in the Billion dollar marketcap range sooner rather than later with room to easily reach the CMC top 100 list and beyond.
